the concept and idea of a glamourous camping. wanted something different from the normal camp/tent

the actual tent and facilities did not match as per website. disappointed with the décor and materials given. not value for money

It was a good experience and everyone enjoyed with an outdoor environment

The experience is good. Something different from the usual hotel/resort

Had a very hard time trying to contact host (almost impossible). Either she did not respond or will reply late. As this is not a hotel, we have to personally get the exact location of the tent & did our selection. We have to specifically tell the host for the required theme set-ups. Hopefully in future they will include portable air-con as the heat can be unbearable in the day.

The view was good.

The view was good. The tent was comfortable

Receive an email 45mins before check in that the tent is damage and ask to reshedule but i called in said we were on the way and they gave us another tent that was not clean and we have to wait 30 mins for it to be clean.

Nice view and experience but expensive

The view from the tent is nice. It was located near the beach. The decorations inside the tent was okay too. The experience of Glamping is memorable.

The toilet in East Coast Park Area G was dirty. Some things in the tent are dirty. One of our air beds has hole. The 4 of us just shared bed. Expensive!

Well setup tent with nice deco Hammock are great Well protected against heavy rain

Customer service is bad Very hard to communicate, since they don’t respond to mails or calls or messages

We have enjoyed ourselves :-)

Sarah (the staff) was very helpful and provided good service. The tent was beautiful and it was facing the sea :-)

The surroundings were a bit noisy, especially the planes above.

All the staffs are very efficient and friendly.

All the staffs are very efficient and friendly.They are very helpful in every way.Thank so much for the lovely setup. The place is being patrolled by the police so often and i feel so safe. The areas around my 2 tents are so often swept by the cleaners but not the toilets.

The food center is too far away. The rental for the bicycles is too far away too.The washrooms should be cleaned up more than twice as they are so frequently being used. Throughout my stay, i did not see any cleaners for the washrooms at all and the toilet papers are not being refilled too. Am very disappointed about this as it really reflects the image of our country. Hope to see some improvement for this upon my next stay again.

Friendly staff and very welcoming service!

Friendly staff and very welcoming service! The tent also had a very pretty decor with free drinks in the cooler box :) Worth the money definitely.

Just a suggestion though, because the tent got really hot in the middle of the night (and some of us couldn’t really fall asleep cos it was too hot) and in the late morning when the sun started to rise, would be good to provide another 1 or 2 fans? Or longer lasting batteries, because after 2 hours the fan started to decrease its speed drastically such that we could no longer feel much wind coming from it. Other than that, the stay was still a fun one :)

I like that the property owner was helpful in a lot of our...

I like that the property owner was helpful in a lot of our queries and tended to us very quickly.

I did not like that a few add ons we requested a week prior was not there when we checked in. We requested for chairs and 5 crate tables but were not available, resulting in my guest standing and sitting on the grass patches

Will not go back

Tent was big enough. That was about all. 3 beds were there as requested. Not very comfortable.

Not very clean. Tent looks unclean. Insufficient lighting. Toilet facilities was so far and dirty.
